You'll work directly with our Founder and Head of Growth to keep our Shopify store running smoothly, our products looking great, and our customers happy. The Role We're looking for an E-commerce Website Specialist who's excited to be hands‑on with our Shopify store daily. You'll build pages, optimise products, coordinate content, and generally make sure our website stays in top shape. This is a learn‑by‑doing role where you'll gain exposure across the full e-commerce stack. You'll ship work fast, see immediate impact, and build a versatile skill set that scales with you. What You'll Do Build and maintain pages across our Shopify store Manage product merchandising – how products are organised, displayed, and discovered on site Write and optimise product descriptions in best practices Configure apps, troubleshoot issues, and keep the site running smoothly Coordinate with creative partners and organise digital assets Support email flows and promotional campaigns as needed You're a Great Fit If: ✅ You're a fast learner – You don't know everything, but you figure things out quickly ✅ You're organised – You naturally build systems to manage multiple projects ✅ You're detail-oriented – You catch typos and broken links before anyone else does ✅ You take ownership – You see problems, propose solutions, and follow through ✅ You like variety – Wearing different hats energises you rather than overwhelms you ✅ You're technically curious – You're comfortable with data, and open to learning basic HTML/CSS Requirements Must Have Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information system, or related field 1–3 years of hands‑on Shopify experience Ability to learn new tools and apps quickly Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or a strong willingness to learn Good organisational skills and attention to detail Nice to Have A data‑driven mindset and comfort working with spreadsheets Experience in a fast‑paced startup or small brand environment Why Join Us?
