About the Opportunity Your duties will include, but not limited to: Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents individualised assessed care needs. Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager. Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care Complete all activities relating to Residents Care documentation Plans Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee. Shifts Times Available: The successful candidate must demonstrate the following: Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff Strong passion for working with the elderly Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check What We Can Offer A work culture that truly values you and invests in your career.
