3rd Line Support / Systems Engineer Company: GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED Location: Ringwood, Hampshire Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 DOE + Profit Share Hours: 37.5 hours per week Our client is a specialist IT Infrastructure and Support Services provider for over 25 years, a proud Employee Ownership Trust, and overall winner of the Ringwood Business Awards They offer support desk, on-site engineering, project management, storage and logistics, software development and technical consultancy, and encourage progression within and across teams. The Role We are seeking a skilled 3rd Line Support / Systems Engineer to design technical solutions and deliver first‑class support. Key responsibilities include : Plan, implement and document technical solutions. Assist transitions of solutions into live service. Provide 3rd line support services to internal and external stakeholders. Skills and Experience At least 3 years of experience in a similar 3rd line role. Proven ability to implement, configure, test, and maintain technical infrastructure. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach. Excellent knowledge of enterprise network technologies (switching, firewalling, routing, wireless). Commitment to continuous learning and obtaining vendor certifications. Ability to produce detailed technical documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Independent and collaborative working in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail with focus on accuracy and quality. Positive, proactive attitude with a sense of ownership.
