Acclime is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a full-time Office Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, with a strong emphasis on document management and Company Secretarial (CoSec) support. You will be the backbone of our administrative processes, contributing to a professional, efficient, and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Management Oversee general office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Scanning & Document Management Manage high-volume scanning of client and internal documents. Ensure accurate indexing, filing, and digital archiving in accordance with Acclime’s compliance standards. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all document handling processes. Company Secretarial (CoSec) Support Assist the CoSec team with preparation and lodgement of ASIC forms and corporate documents. Maintain statutory registers and minute books. Support incorporation, deregistration, and other corporate compliance tasks. Liaise with clients regarding CoSec documentation and deadlines. Team & Meeting Support Coordinate internal meetings, including room bookings and catering. Support onboarding of new staff with workspace setup and orientation. Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing as needed. Skills & Experience Proven experience in office administration or management. Familiarity with ASIC processes and CoSec duties (preferred but not essential). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
