We’re now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Administration Executive to join our growing Melbourne team. This role reports directly to the Store Manager and focuses on supporting day-to-day operations , serving customers , and driving sales performance through exceptional service and attention to detail. If you’re organised, proactive, and love variety, this role offers a perfect mix of sales, customer service, and admin responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for customer and sales inquiries (in person, phone, and email) Manage sales enquiries and prepare quotations for new and existing customers Build and maintain strong client relationships across corporate, education, and trade sectors Process sales orders, prepare purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers for delivery timelines Liaise with the Store Manager and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment Maintain accurate records of customer details, sales orders, and deliveries Assist with basic administrative tasks and general office support Occasionally assist with light duties across related businesses as needed What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of customer service or sales administration experience (furniture or warehouse background ideal) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised and efficient , with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with MYOB or Zoho (preferred but not essential) Positive attitude, initiative, and strong attention to detail Create and manage Facebook ads; support digital marketing campaigns (preferred but not essential) Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team Full working rights in Australia Report directly to the Store Manager – clear guidance and support Join a small, dynamic, and experienced team Benefits On-site parking at Laverton North Competitive salary package Employee discounts on all products Opportunity for career development in a growing local business Ready to Make an Impact?
