Admin & Client Support Assistant – Modern Furniture- New Cheltenham Showroom Modern Furniture is a leading nationwide furniture company specialising in stylish and functional office desks and furniture, Woodflex panels and home furnishings. We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrative & Client Support Assistant to join our growing Melbourne team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, has great communication skills, and can handle both client support and administrative tasks with confidence. About the Role In this position, you will be working closely with our Sales, Logistics, and Client Care teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Liaising with clients regarding damaged or faulty goods and assisting with resolutions. Contacting clients to provide updates on pre‑orders, arrivals, or any delays. Supporting the Logistics team by helping arrange order dispatches and local Melbourne deliveries. Entering new stock into the system when containers arrive. General administrative duties to support daily operations. About You We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and a great communicator. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident working across multiple teams and managing priorities. Familiar with logistics or dispatch coordination (preferred but not essential). Experienced with MYOB ADVANCED (preferred).
