Catering to both domestic and international markets, Western Meat Packers has a long-standing legacy of ensuring a consistent range of quality meat products are delivered to our clients - consistently, efficiently, and reliably We are currently searching for a Load in Team Leader to join our Osborne Park team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Lead a team responsible for pushing and loading beef into storage or processing areas. Unloading the carcasses from the truck/container by pushing on the railway. Push all beef carcasses along the production railway into chiller rooms. General housekeeping of unloading area. Ensure all safety, hygiene, and operational protocols are followed. Coordinate with logistics, production, and QA teams. Train new staff and monitor performance. Report daily progress and issues to management. Qualifications Must be physically fit. Ability to push carcasses weighing up to 150 kg. Able to work consistently and repetitively. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work 5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 06:00 am. Comfortable working in a chilled environment. Finishing time will be variable depending on the arrival of trucks. Australian work rights. Ability to undergo pre-employment medicals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
