Job Description We’re currently looking for a talented Allied Health Team Leader to join and lead our multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants in Perth and help shape lives. With ongoing support, mentoring and the ability to manage a reduced case load based on your area of interest, this role provides an ideal blend of leadership focus and holistic quality of care with clients – including rewarding work with DVA clients. How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives Leading and coaching a team of Consultants Overseeing the team's performance and quality Exploring new opportunities and growth areas Mentoring and training junior staff members Providing advice and coaching on case management practices, while also managing a reduced, specialised case load of your own. Identifying Return To Work barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce as required.
