WHS Coordinator Looking for the next step in your WHS career? Join a major mining operation as a WHS Coordinator, supporting safety, training and compliance across a busy site. This is a hands‑on role where you will make a real impact, working closely with operational teams to lift safety performance and maintain a strong safety culture. This role is based in Tomingley, Central West NSW. Highlights Work with a proactive, supportive WHS team Influence safety outcomes across a major operating site Variety in your day – safety, training, systems, emergency response Genuine career development within the WHS field Role Duties Deliver WHS support, coaching and guidance across site operations Develop and deliver training packages, inductions and competency programs Coordinate risk assessments, hazard identification and control implementation Assist with incident investigations and corrective action close‑out Support emergency response planning, training and drills Maintain WHS documentation, systems, records and reporting Communicate safety performance through toolbox talks and routine meetings Your Experience Minimum 3+ years’ experience in mining or heavy industry Cert IV in WHS + Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Understanding of WHS legislation, standards and site‑based procedures Ability to identify risks and implement practical, effective controls Comfortable working in a dynamic, operational environment If you have strong WHS experience and are confident working on site, please get in touch asap. #J-18808-Ljbffr
