Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Structural Engineer based on the Gold Coast, QLD. The role will be responsible for leading and managing structural engineering projects, performing calculations and structural analyses, developing detailed designs, and collaborating with other engineering disciplines. The role also involves mentoring team members, reviewing their work, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver quality projects. Qualifications Experience in Structural Engineering in the local Australian market Strong skills in the use of structural analysis software including Inducta, Etabs, Rapt and Spacegass. Ability to lead projects and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland or eligibility to achieve this status Excellent communication and leadership skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
