Trauma/Critical Incidents - Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors - NSW Converge is seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors to provide critical incident and crisis counselling support to our client organisations. The Purpose of this role is to provide Rapid Response Services using the primary intervention models of Psychological First Aid, stepped care and referral pathways, to support Converge International’s customers during an incident or organisational change.
