This role combines proactive client engagement with workflow coordination, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You will work closely with our accounting and admin teams to keep processes running smoothly while creating a positive, professional experience for our clients. What You Will Do Client Relationship & Experience Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service coordination. Schedule meetings, manage Zoom invites and maintain clear communication. Support client onboarding and engagement initiatives. Ensure timely delivery of documents and instructions (ATO, ASIC, financials). Workflow & Administration Oversee job setup and time budgets in Xero Practice Manager (XPM). Manage invoicing, disbursements and document lodgement. Coordinate workflows and reporting, maintain workflow calendars and appointment scheduling. Compliance & Corporate Services Prepare and lodge annual company statements. Assist with ASIC changes, registrations and business name transfers. Handle ATO registrations and agent nominations. Team Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with accountants and admin team to meet deadlines. Run reports for workflow accuracy and compliance. Participate in monthly admin catch‑ups and continuous improvement projects. What We’re Looking For Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills.
