LBW Business + Wealth Advisors is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join our collaborative and growing Financial Planning team. Working alongside our dedicated administration team, you'll support our Financial Advisors and project manage client work to ensure exceptional service delivery at every touchpoint. What You'll Be Doing Project management of client work ensuring all agreed services are delivered within specified time frames to ensure Schedule and confirm appointments for all Financial Advisors, including diary management as part of the Client Service Team Oversee the review program for your assigned clients Liaise regularly with advisors and clients, providing updates on advice and implementation progress Develop strong rapport and relationships with clients (both prospective and ongoing) through proactive engagement and communication Prepare for and assist Financial Advisors with client meetings, including attending meetings when required Maintain an accurate client database in Xplan, ensuring all team members can access up-to-date information Prepare new client files in line with LBW Business + Wealth Advisors policies Complete interview preparation, including all documentation for client presentation (Statement of Advice, research documentation, application forms, etc.) Lodge and follow up on client service requests (changes due to review, withdrawals, change of address, etc.) Support the broader team by assisting with overflow tasks from other Client Service Administration roles during busy periods Maintain a clean task/workflow follow-up list, ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner with actions documented Uphold compliance standards in line with business, licensee and regulatory objectives Follow all workflow processes aligned with practice workflow principles What We're Looking For Experience & Qualifications 2+ years in client services or financial planning administration Strong working knowledge of the financial planning processes Proficiency in Xplan (highly desirable) Advanced Microsoft Office skills SMSF experience valued Business Administration qualifications highly regarded Skills & Attributes Excellent communicator : you're skilled in both verbal and written communication Quality-focused : you pride yourself on quality with high attention to detail and strong compliance standards Client-centered : you focus on the needs of all clients, both internal and external Highly organised : you believe in the principles of organisation and excel at prioritising your workload Strong analytical and problem-solving skills : you're resourceful and solutions-focused Works well under pressure : you have the ability to work under pressure during busy periods Team player with independence : you thrive working both independently and as part of a team Enjoys client contact : you genuinely enjoy interacting with clients Growth mindset : you accept constructive feedback from peers Why Join LBW Business + Wealth Advisors?
