Job Description: As the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of Mars Food Australia (MFA) growth initiatives to support the business’ ambition ‘to change the way we put food on the table’ and deliver both NSV sales and MAC profit growth. Y ou will work closely with other members of the Marketing Team on key strategic projects in the Herbs & spices portfolio from insight led strategy, idea generation, concept development, product and pack design, creative processes, brand and market positioning, team and stakeholder engagement as well as post evaluations. About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Food and Nutrition segment, where we bring people together through flavour. Lead the Growth Agenda: Develop and own forward-thinking strategies to unlock growth across our portfolio, ensuring seamless execution through collaboration with leaders across the business. Bring Brands to Life: Create and execute compelling brand campaigns and new product development (NPD) initiatives tailored to each category—driving relevance, excitement, and connection with consumers. Future-Proof the Business: Build a robust 3-year transformation pipeline that reflects shifting consumer behaviors—balancing breakthrough innovation, smart renovation, and long-term value creation. Drive Results: Keep a sharp focus on financial impact, while expertly managing relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to deliver excellence, on time and on budget. Your unique ingredients A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or similar) with solid experience in a brand or marketing role—bonus if it’s in FMCG or CPG. A true passion for brands and a track record of delivering growth that benefits both the business and the consumer. A natural collaborator with proven success in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. A deep understanding of the innovation process , especially within a manufacturing or product-driven environment, coupled with comms experience.
