Procare’s Investigations Division is actively seeking an Investigations Team Lead to join our growing New South Wales Investigations team, located at our Head Office in Alexandria . This position presents an excellent opportunity for a high‑calibre individual with demonstrated experience, tenacity and commitment to a demanding & busy role. Responsibilities Liaison with local and national Portfolio Managers while assuming full responsibility for New South Wales operational requirements. Oversee the team’s day‑to‑day investigation performance deliverables, ensuring consistent, timely and customer‑focused service delivery. Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and client satisfaction, particularly for our large government and insurance scheme contracts. Ensure operations comply with relevant regulations and standards to maintain quality work and compliance across all schemes. About You Operations experience within personal injury insurance, legal/law, financial services, fraud/criminal, CTP or workplace investigations. Strong customer‑service ethic, managing internal and external stakeholders. Drive for divisional growth, including preparing internal and external management reports in line with SLAs and client requirements. Support investigators, identify opportunities to enhance operational performance and achieve performance metrics. Effective collaboration, initiative and professional judgement as required. Interest in insurance investigations, cyber, litigation or fraud/risk management. What We Offer Excellent remuneration package including performance incentives and other benefits.
