Investigations Team Lead - New South Wales Procare’s Investigations Division are actively seeking an Investigations Team Lead to join our growing New South Wales Investigations team, located at our Head Office in Alexandria . This position presents an excellent opportunity for a high calibre individual with demonstrated experience, tenacity and a commitment to a demanding & busy role. The role includes tasks such as: Liaison with the local and National Portfolio Managers while assuming full responsibility for New South Wales operational requirements; Overseeing the team’s day to day Investigation performance deliverables, ensuring consistent timely and customer focussed service delivery; Driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and client satisfaction, particularly for our large government and insurance Scheme contracts; and Ensuring operations comply with relevant regulations and standards to ensure quality work is delivered & compliance standards are maintained across all Schemes. This is a full-time role at our Head Office, located in Alexandria . Each candidate is welcome to discuss their desired requirements for flexibility of location and work arrangement. About You Demonstratedoperations experience within relevant sectors such as personal injury insurance, legal/law, financial services, fraud/criminal, CTP or workplace investigations; Strong customer service ethic is a must , through managing internal and external stakeholders; A drive for divisional growth , including an ability to prepare internal management reports and external reports in line with our SLAs and client requirements; Support & assist investigators in their roles, identify opportunities to enhance operational performance of the team and a dedication to achieving performance metrics; An ability to work with others effectively to obtain desired outcomes, demonstrate initiative and assert professional judgement as required; Have a keen interest in insurance investigations, cyber, litigation or fraud/risk management.
