Glass Cutter

Custom Glass Co is a well-established company specialising in glass production and installation. With steady growth in recent years, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Glass Cutter to join us. We work closely with builders, kitchen manufacturers, and the wider glass trade on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. The Role As a Glass Cutter, you will be responsible for operating our Bottero glass cutting table and processing glass ranging from 4mm to 12mm in thickness. You will ensure all glass is cut to exact specifications and prepared for waterjet and or toughening processes. Importantly, you must also be willing to support other areas of the factory as needed, acting as a factory all-rounder to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Accurately measure and cut glass to specifications Operate and maintain the Bottero Cutting Table and other cutting machinery Ensure precision and attention to detail in all tasks Safely operate an overhead crane for material handling Work independently and collaboratively within a team Maintain a disciplined and organised approach to work Key Requirements Proven experience as a glass cutter Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic Experience with Bottero Cutting Table and overhead crane operation Excellent communication skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Highly motivated and reliableMust be an Australian resident Permanent work rights with no restrictions on hours Willingness to work overtime when required What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits A supportive and professional work environment Opportunities for growth and career advancement If this sounds like the right role for you, please contact Paige on for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
