Our client are a rapidly growing residential mortgage lender and are in an exciting scale-up phase of their journey. Work directly with the Head of Credit and play a vital role in helping to manage lending decisions. Duties and Responsibilities Review and assess loan applications in accordance with responsible lending and credit policies and procedures Supporting the Head of Credit in reviewing credit policies and assessment procedures Support customer-facing and operations staff on such as reviewing applications and verifying customer documents Assist in the development of credit portfolio reporting and monitoring Support in improving credit risk initiatives and maintaining relationships with regulators Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience with residential lending (this could be from sales, operations or credit assessment) 2-4 years ideally.
