There are more than 800 stores around the world, and in 2013, MUJI was introduced to Australia by its parent company – Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd - As an Inventory Controller (Fashion) at MUJI Australia, you will play a crucial role within the Inventory Control department. This permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our fashion inventory management. Your responsibilities will include: Develop allocation plans by division based on sales, inventory and store needs Ensure proper balance of inventory across all stores and eCommerce within the Australian Market Collaborate with the warehouse to prioritise orders through receiving, and shipping when necessary to protect sales trends and inventory levels Oversee and manage inventory functions using internal systems Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, and identify potential improvements Collaborate with stores on matters such as pricing, promotion items and sales related enquiries Collaborate with the wider Store Support Service team to understand and align inventory requirements for face map control plans This is an exciting time to join our growing company, as we further expand our presence in Australia. Tertiary qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential A strong understanding of the allocation process is preferred but not essential Advanced Excel skills, PC and other MS Office Suite Advanced data analysis, reporting skills and strong data accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail Excellent time management skills with an ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
