About The Opportunity As a Clinical Engagement Program Manager within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will be responsible, as part of the SDPRIA Clinical Engagement Team, for leading and managing components of clinical engagement for the SDPRIA, developing relationships and engaging with clinical practitioners, including medical, nursing, pharmacy, allied health and other key stakeholders across NSW, to support the configuration, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) Program. This role is responsible, along with colleagues in the broader SDPRIA Clinical Engagement Team, for developing, implementing and leading clinical engagement strategies and activities, and work with stakeholders to formulate project specific activities. This involves engaging and collaborating with key senior stakeholders across various health organisations to align and support SDPR program objectives, maintaining effective communication, and building strong relationships. In This Role, You Will Lead strategic clinical engagement planning and delivery across programs and projects. Develop and implement a consistent, best-practice clinical engagement methodology. Build strong partnerships with key clinical and stakeholder groups to support program outcomes. Collaborate with teams to ensure effective, responsive and high-quality engagement delivery. Measure engagement outcomes, manage risks and drive continuous improvement. About You We are looking for someone who has: Extensive experience in statewide clinical engagement supporting clinical transformational change programs and projects. Extensive understanding of the NSW Health system including the roles and interactions of statewide and local health organisations and agencies. Significant experience in digital health including a deep understanding of the challenges involved in achieving a statewide configuration and implementation of an electronic medical record. Demonstrated experience in engaging with executive and senior clinical stakeholders (both clinical and non-clinical) as part of usual duties. Demonstrated experience in collaborating with and leading digital health teams in the identification and resolution of issues related to configuration of an electronic medical record.
