We're hunting for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our established development crew and take charge of both technical solutions and team uplifting. This is a senior-level position for someone with 5+ years of experience who can confidently guide development teams, make sharp technical decisions, and juggle stakeholder relationships across all levels of our organisation. The Role As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll drive technical decisions across web and mobile platforms while shepherding and mentoring development teams. You'll be involved heavily in project prioritisation, process refinement, and ensuring delivery quality meets the expectations of our clients. Our current portfolio includes AgTech platforms, membership/CRM platforms, workforce management systems, and social aggregation applications – often weaving in hardware integration alongside traditional web and mobile development. You'll shape architecture decisions, spearhead implementation across multiple simultaneous projects, and be accountable for both technical outcomes and uplifting of the teams capabilities. Essential Leadership & Technical Talents Technical Confidence : assess challenges, understand options, implement solutions without external checks. Stakeholder Wrangling : strong communication skills for managing upward (senior leadership) and downward (development team) relationships. Process & Prioritisation : establish development workflows, juggle competing priorities, and drive project delivery. JavaScript/TypeScript – 5+ years. Node.js – 3+ years. React – 3+ years.
