We are now seeking a Delivery Coordinator /Receptionist/ Registration Clerk to join our high-performing team based in Pennant Hills. The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated, detail-driven and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role is central to our vehicle sales and delivery process, ensuring every vehicle is ready for handover — accurately, efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Manage and track all new and used vehicle stock Coordinate vehicle builds and report sold vehicles to the factory and head office Process registrations, transfers, and renewals for new, demo, and used vehicles Work closely with sales and registration teams to ensure seamless client handovers Perform vehicle costing, journal entries and invoicing Maintain accurate documentation and digital records Take lead responsibility for electronic archiving and compliance Be responsible for preparing vehicles leading up to customer delivery Co-ordinating with the team and booking in customers delivery What You’ll Bring Well presented in line with the brand standards Minimum 12 months’ experience in vehicle delivery co-ordination or registration Strong communication and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail and time management A proactive, team-focused approach Passion for the automotive industry Highly self-motivated and organised What’s In It For You Attractive salary package A supportive, inclusive team environment Genuine opportunities for career development within the Alto Group Work with a premium brand and a company that values its people Ready to accelerate your career with one of Sydney’s top-performing dealer groups? #J-18808-Ljbffr
