D365 Delivery Coordinator Location: Sydney (Onsite, 5 days/week) Type: Full-time Experience: 2–4 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 About the Role We are looking for a highly organised, proactive D365 Delivery Coordinator to support day‑to‑day delivery operations across Dynamics 365 projects. This role is perfect for someone who can build strong stakeholder relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and act as the go‑to person for ensuring project activities run smoothly from planning through to post‑go‑live optimisation. You will work closely with Delivery Leads, Consultants, Developers, Architects, and Customer SMEs to ensure all delivery tasks, dependencies, and priorities are managed effectively. You will also help customers understand their processes, define priorities, and build a forward‑looking roadmap that enables continuous improvement and full utilisation of Dynamics 365. This is a Sydney‑based onsite role (Monday to Friday) due to the collaborative and customer‑embedded nature of the work. Key Responsibilities Delivery Coordination Coordinate daily project activities across multiple D365 workstreams. Ensure all tasks, priorities, and dependencies are clearly tracked, updated, and followed through. Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, and delivery cadence activities. Maintain structured project documentation including action logs, RAID registers, minutes, and status updates. Stakeholder & Team Engagement Build strong working relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day delivery questions, updates, and issue resolution. Ensure the right resources are prepared and aligned for key project phases. Training & Enablement Coordinate all end‑user and SME training activities, ensuring sessions are scheduled, prepared, and properly communicated. Ensure all training materials, guides, and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and aligned to customer processes. Work with consultants to ensure training content is tailored, practical, and value‑driven. Facilitate interactive training sessions that encourage participation, scenario‑based learning, and hands‑on engagement. Gather feedback from participants and ensure training outcomes are met. Ensure users are confident and well‑prepared to use Dynamics 365 effectively, contributing to strong adoption and long‑term success. Process Deep‑Dives & Transformation Support Work with customers to understand their end‑to‑end business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Support the development of a product roadmap that outlines enhancements, priorities, and value‑adding initiatives. Contribute to shaping a digital transformation plan that aligns business goals with Dynamics 365 capabilities. Post‑Go‑Live Support & Optimisation Coordinate ongoing optimisation activities, ensuring customers continuously improve and stabilise their D365 environment. Organise and track health checks, performance reviews, and system improvement recommendations. Ensure customers fully adopt and benefit from new D365 features, updates, and best‑practice improvements. Azure DevOps Management Own and manage Azure DevOps Boards including tasks, bugs, user stories, features, and epics. Build and maintain ADO dashboards and reports to provide visibility of progress, risks, and performance. Ensure consistent, high‑quality tracking and lifecycle management of all delivery work. Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years’ experience in a Dynamics 365 delivery, coordination, or PMO‑support role. Strong hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps for tracking, queries, dashboards, and reporting. Solid understanding of D365 delivery phases (design, build, test, deploy, post‑go‑live). Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to work onsite in Sydney, 5 days per week. Desirable Skills Exposure to ERP/CRM projects, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experience supporting Agile delivery methods. Basic knowledge of Power BI or reporting/analytics tools.
