Location: Sydney Employment type: Full time Seniority: Senior HSO is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our D365 Finance & Operations team, with experience in manufacturing. The D365 F&O Solution Architect is a senior role providing solution leadership through consulting engagements. As an Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and subject matter expertise in the relevant industry. You will work closely with clients to develop high-level and detailed designs for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations. Additionally, you will act as the design authority and provide oversight during project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop solutions that meet client requirements using best‑of‑breed technologies and methodologiesTranslate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and statements of work (SOW)Provide advice, high‑level and detailed designs during project delivery engagementsEnsure quality oversight at various stages of the project lifecycleCreate solution proposals and cost models for projects, including software, support / maintenance, and servicesProduce responses to request for proposals (RFPs)Act as the design authority and technical escalation point for projectsCollaborate with the project delivery team to develop customer account plans and roadmapsManage projects through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction Requirements The right to work in Australia or New ZealandAt least 10+ years of ERP consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or earlier versions of Dynamics AXWorking knowledge of the D365 platform, including D365 CE, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Power BIExperience in consulting for manufacturing organisationsExperience of delivering at least 3 international end to end D365 projectsStrong pre-sales experience and the ability to build relationships with ISV partnersExcellent presentation, demonstration, coaching, and mentoring skillsAn affinity for technology and strong analytical skillsA customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global teamWillingness to travel within ANZ for client engagements Benefits Why should you choose HSO ANZ?
