Base pay range A$100.00/hr - A$120.00/hr Job Overview We are seeking a D365 Solutions Architect to lead the architecture and design of our client's enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 environment. This role will shape a secure, scalable, and cohesive CRM ecosystem supporting Customer Insights, Sales, and the broader Power Platform. You will define the technical direction, guide delivery teams, and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and long-term technology goals. The role will work across major transformation programs, ongoing enhancements, and multi-vendor environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution architecture across D365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Power Pages Build scalable architectural patterns that support multiple organisations and parallel CRM streams Ensure alignment with enterprise governance, architectural principles, and technology roadmaps Design and oversee integrations between D365 and third-party or internal applications Define API-led integration patterns using Azure API Management and modern best practices Enable automation and integration using Azure services, including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus and API Management Work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions Lead workshops, present solutions, and contribute to governance forums Produce high-quality architecture documentation, diagrams, security assessments, and design artefacts Support delivery quality and transition to BAU operations Skills and Experience Strong experience architecting solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse Deep expertise in API integration design and Azure integration services Background in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps delivery environments Strong understanding of security, compliance, and accessibility standards Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working within enterprise architecture and governance frameworks Application If this position is of interest to you, please click ‘Apply’ or you can just send your details to About Konnexus Konnexus specialises in the recruitment of permanent and contract professionals within Data Analytics | AI/ML | Data & Platform Engineering.
