We’re looking for a D365 Solution Architect to design and lead technology solutions using the D365 platform. This role requires strong knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and system integrations. The architect will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and effective solutions. Your contributions Manage and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system for all retail operations, including ERP and POS. Make sure software and hardware work well together in retail store environments. Align technology solutions with business goals and future growth plans. Explore and suggest new D365 features or tools that could benefit retail systems. Guide development teams to follow the right architecture and technical standards. Review current systems and suggest improvements. Ensure D365 systems follow industry rules, data privacy laws, and security best practices. Help plan and support backup and recovery strategies for D365 systems. What we are looking for 5+ years of experience as a solution architect with a focus on corporate systems including CRM/ERP. Experience working in complex enterprise IT service delivery environments. Experience leading and driving the architectural design for Enterprise class CRM and/or Large-scale integration projects is advantageous. A pragmatic, flexible approach with strong negotiation skills to work across diverse teams. Knowledge and experience with Dynamics MPOS functional areas, ideally including ERP, Modern POS, Retail, and Finance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of customers. Familiarity with ITSM tools, including automation and orchestration (desirable).
