Following a comprehensive review of the People & Culture division, the organisation has implemented a structure that enhances clarity, efficiency, and alignment between strategic and operational HR functions. They now seek to appoint a HR Shared Services Manager to play a key role in the new structure. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and people-centred HR Shared Services Manager to lead a newly formed team of People Operation Partners as part of a major People & Culture transformation. This role is central to transitioning the organisation from a decentralised business partnering model to a centralised, efficient, and high-quality HR service delivery function. You will lead a team of People Operation Partners, establish streamlined workflows, embed service standards, uplift capability, and ensure consistent, timely, and customer-focused HR support across the organisation. This is an ideal role for someone who brings steadiness, empathy, and structure, particularly during times of change. About You Strong background in HR shared services, HR operations, or service delivery models, ideally from a corporate setting. Demonstrated people leadership experience—ideally during restructure or change. Knowledge of HR systems, processes, and operational frameworks. Experience in standardised service environments with a focus on efficiency and quality. A calm, empathetic leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
