About the role This is a permanent full-time opportunity for a Leading Hand / Driver based in Coolaroo VIC . In this role, you will lead by example to ensure the team achieves its objectives, overseeing workplace health & safety , KPI performance , and operational standards . You’ll work Monday to Friday , with early starts between 1am–2am , and report directly to the Operations Manager . On top of that, we’re offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Key responsibilities Assist in the safe and cost-effective delivery of waste and recycling collection services Supervise Drivers/Operators to ensure KPI targets and service standards are met Communicate clearly and effectively with customers , drivers , and sub-contractors Promote a positive and collaborative team environment Allocate work efficiently to maximize productivity and cost control Ensure daily operations run smoothly and effectively Review and manage Driver run sheets and be prepared to cover daily runs in cases of leave or absence.
