Trade Sales - Customer Service | Bolts R Us Well established, locally owned and managed business Are you an ex‑tradie, workshop person or DIY enthusiast looking for a change of pace? If you have a solid knowledge of nuts and bolts, workshop supplies and power tools – we’d love to meet you About the Role You’ll be working on the floor of our busy trade hardware and engineering supplies store, helping customers with practical advice and product knowledge. Greeting and assisting customers Using expert knowledge to help them solve problems Keeping the store and displays tidy and stocked Unpacking stock, invoicing goods in, and dispatching orders Learning about new products and industry trends About You Ideally, you’ll have a mix of the following: Hands‑on experience with nuts and bolts, tools and workshop gear Basic understanding of imperial and metric systems Friendly and approachable nature Reliability and good attention to detail Basic computer skills It’s a bonus (but not essential) if you have: A forklift licence Retail or customer service experience What You’ll Get at Bolts R Us A stable role in a respected, long‑standing local business Real customer relationships – not just transactions A job that keeps you active, thinking and helping people every day Things you need to know You’ll be on your feet a lot – this is a busy, hands‑on role You must be available for rostered Saturday mornings The role involves moderate to heavy lifting and reaching About Bolts R Us We are Geraldton’s go‑to for nuts and bolts, engineering and industrial supplies and practical advice.
