Casual Position Competitive Day Rate available FIFO from Perth Immediate Start The Role Buffet style bulk cooking for Breakfast, Dinner and Crib Lunch, Dessert and Pastries Work collaboratively with a team of Chefs, Kitchen Utilities and Dining Room employees Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to the minimum Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness inaccordance with Compass standards The Person Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery Bulk Catering Experience Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations Experience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines Able to pass Pre-Employment Medicals National Police Clearance (within 6 months) Shortlisting and interviews will commence immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
