What You Will Do Coordinate and support ICT and Executive recruitment campaigns linked to new contracts Build and maintain candidate pipelines across technical and professional disciplines Source, screen, schedule, and support end‑to‑end hiring and onboarding Manage recruitment systems, candidate documentation, reporting, and compliance Contribute to process improvements, talent strategy, branding, and candidate experience Prepare for future team leadership as the talent function grows Essential Criteria Minimum 5 years experience in ICT recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR Strong understanding of ICT roles, functions, and industry terminology Organised, proactive, and confident communicator with strong attention to detail Demonstrated experience in sourcing and acquiring candidates using search tools and platforms Proficient in ATS systems, Microsoft Office, Talent platforms and recruitment technologies Able to work independently, prioritise workload, and follow structured processes Based in Darwin office Monday to Friday with full Australian working rights (WFH may be considered after probation – 4 day week may be considered) Perks and Rewards $65,000 base salary plus super Commission scheme linked to KPIs Salary review at six months Defined career pathway to Talent Manager within 18 months linked to business growth Opportunity to shape and develop the recruitment function Flexible work hours Supportive team in the Darwin CBD location WFH may be considered after probation 4 day week may be considered Make your mark.
