We are seeking a passionate part-time Retail Florist to join our teams at Whiting Flowers T/A Flawless Flowers and Blooms by Flawless Flowers in South Yarra, The Docklands and Melbourne CBD VIC. Two available positions would suit Floristry Students looking for experience over the Christmas Holidays, with potential for ongoing work. One further position requires an Australian drivers licence and a good mind for logistics and the ability to work independently. What you'll be doing Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to our clients Arranging fresh flowers and greenery to create stunning floral displays Maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of the retail space Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed Providing Customer support in a fast paced environment Assisting in the preparations of pre-made offerings What we're looking for Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the floristry industry A natural flair for design and the ability to efficently create visually appealing arrangements Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanour Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment A genuine passion for the floral industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences What we offer At Flawless Flowers´, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team.
