About the Role As a Lending Specialist at Axle Capital, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate the lending journey from enquiry through to settlement. You’ll provide tailored solutions. What You’ll Do Handle new client enquiries and match them with the right finance solutions Manage and process loan applications quickly and accurately Work closely with lenders to secure the best outcomes for clients Build strong client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business Keep the pipeline moving — following up leads and staying across all applications Hit and exceed your sales and performance targets Maintain clean, organised client data in our CRM system Be the point of contact between clients, lenders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service What We’re Looking For Experience in finance broking, lending, or a sales environment with strong results A confident communicator who can build trust quickly Driven and self‑motivated, with a focus on results and growth Organised and detail‑oriented, but able to move fast when needed Comfortable working to sales targets and deadlines Tech‑savvy and adaptable, with the ability to learn quickly Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to grow with the business Why Axle Capital?
