About the role We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Home Lending Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the trusted expert helping our members achieve their homeownership goals. You’ll guide them through the lending process, provide tailored lending solutions, and deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience. Responsibilities Guide members through the lending process, from pre-qualification to closing. Analyse financial information and recommend suitable personal or home loan options. Negotiate competitive rates and terms with lenders. Prepare and process loan applications efficiently and accurately. Maintain excellent communication and build strong rapport with clients. Contribute to the growth of our team by exceeding sales targets. About You Minimum 12 months experience as a home loan specialist is a must. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Passion for helping others and a positive attitude. This is an in-branch role – you must be able to work 5 days a week in our Surry Hills office.
