Reporting directly to the Fruit & Veg Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more Responsibilities Manage a small team, create rosters, generate orders, complete stock takes and much more. Qualifications Fresh food retail knowledge is desired, but not essential. Ability to lead and manage a team. Ability to order and control costs. Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach. Unparalleled commitment to customer service. Ability to liaise with both team members and management. A flair for merchandising. Strong leadership and delegation skills. Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams. Commitment to work health and safety standard.
