Join the Civmec Team Join a high‑performing team supporting the building of vessels and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational readiness, quality assurance, and seamless client engagement. We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Defect & Warranty Coordinator (DWC) for a maternity cover position, with the possibility of extension. The Role Ensure compliance and timely escalation of defects and warranty issues. Drive rectification plans and ensure responsible parties meet deadlines. Coordinate inspections, repairs, and OQE documentation. Raise, monitor, and track material requisitions. Prepare accurate cost reports for budget control and client claims. About You Experience coordinating meetings, customer deliverables, and documentation. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience supporting Defence or complex infrastructure projects. Understanding of Defence procurement, warranty, and defect principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Eligibility for a Baseline Security Clearance.
