About the Role Lead the day-to-day running of an Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) home in Western Sydney . Provide direct support to young people, guide staff, and ensure therapeutic care, safety, and compliance. This role includes 36 hours face‑to‑face support plus 2 hours administration weekly.
