The Opportunity We are looking to find some hard working kitchen legends to work in our busy kitchen. The role will include the following: Preparation and delivery of our restaurant menu and function food menu; Adhering to our high level of food presentation; Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness; and Championing kitchen health and safety. About You You should have: A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation; Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prepare and think ahead; A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures; Self motivation but also the ability to work in a team; A passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude; Great availability, including weekends and nights; Excellent communication skills; and Reliability and punctuality.
