Capel Cranes offers holistic lifting solutions to their clients, large and small. Capel Cranes have expanded and are now operating with depots in Albany, Kwinana and in the new year - Muchea. We are seeking a confident and driven professional to join our expanding operations team, based in Capel. The Role We're looking for an experienced Estimator to support tendering across a diverse range of construction projects. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Senior Leadership to scope, quantify and cost works that meet client requirements. Ensuring accuracy and competitiveness while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Managing the end-to-end RFQ process. Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including labour, materials and plant. Attending scheduled site inspections with clients and contractors. Reviewing and preparing returnable schedules to meet compliance requirements. Preparing methodologies and programs for certain tenders. Preparing subcontractor lists, and engaging with subcontractor to ensure accurate pricing. Managing multiple tenders at once while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensuring all tender documentation is consistent, compliant and professionally presented in line with CCH's guidelines. About You Experience as an Estimator within the cranage, logistics, transport and/or construction industry. Strong knowledge of RFQ/tender processes and compliance requirements. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously. High level of accuracy, detail and professional presentation. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in estimating software, MS Office (Particularly Excel) and Adobe Suite. Experience/knowledge with Mircrosoft Projects or similar advantageous for project tracking and scheduling.
