Estimator ) Thomastown, Melbourne, Australia Salary: Negotiable based on experience About the Role Our client is seeking a ready‑made Plumbing Estimator. You will work closely with the Senior Estimating and Project Management team to help prepare accurate and competitive plumbing tenders. Project tenders will include sectors such as Commercial, Industrial and Civil – eg. schools, hospitals and apartments (no residential). This is a full‑time office based role. Tasks and Responsibilities Review project plans, specs, and documentation Prepare quantity take‑offs and cost estimates Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing Support senior estimators with tender submissions Maintain estimating database and documentation Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role in the plumbing or construction industry A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork Eagerness to learn and grow within the estimating field Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic estimating software (or willingness to learn) SimPro experience Benefits and Perks A supportive team and great company culture Ongoing training and career development Opportunity to grow into a senior estimating or project management role Competitive salary based on experience About the Company A very well established Plumbing company that has built a reputation for delivering reliable, high‑quality services across Victoria.
