About the role We seek casual aged and disability support workers with a driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Shifts are available Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm, with weekend opportunities. You will assist with tasks such as: Transport Shopping Personal care Companionship Meal preparation Social and community access Qualifications About you A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and adaptability Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability Current Driver’s license and insured vehicle Current First Aid and CPR certifications Australian Federal Police Check NSW Working with Children Check Willingness to travel between Carlingford, Lidcombe, Auburn, Strathfield, Burwood, Homebush, Concord, and surrounding suburbs The starting hourly rate is from $39 plus shift loadings and superannuation. We provide ongoing support and supervision through our dedicated Care Coordination Team, which includes trained nurses.
