Search Current Positions Right at Home Sydney Norwest is looking for qualified, reliable, and passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team in the Hills district and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates are friendly, positive, and dedicated to making a difference. Demonstrating client-focused behavior, empathy, dignity, and respect is essential. You should be a natural relationship builder, honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a valuable team member. We offer casual roles with the potential for permanent part-time employment for suitable candidates. WE PAY FOR TRAVEL TIME AND MILES BETWEEN CLIENTS This role reports to the care coordinator at Right at Home Sydney Norwest. Responsibilities include: Working within a person-centered, enabling environment respecting clients’ rights and needs; Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic tasks; Providing companionship, support, and assistance with errands; Supporting academic, social, or recreational activities; Preparing meals, feeding clients, and administering medications; Monitoring and reporting changes in health and wellbeing; Responding to emergency situations; and Working weekend and overnight shifts as scheduled.
