The Academic Planning Coordinator provides operational and analytical support to the Academic Administration functions across Higher Education and Vocational Education courses within Torrens Global Education (TGE). Principal accountabilities are (but not limited to): Support business planning and intelligence systems that will provide insights that help the decision‑making processes across faculty‑wide academic administration operations, programs and services including the development & monitoring of data quality metrics Support the Academic Planning Manager in the production of Business Intelligence reports and analysis of data and recommendations to meet business needs. Produce timely Student Academic Progression reports and inform internal stakeholders of any discrepancies/errors uncovered. Contribute to the production of Class and Exam timetables. Maintain knowledge of all Course Architectures of courses delivered within the faculties. This is a full‑time permanent position located at our Wakefield campus in Adelaide. Who you are: To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelor’s degree or higher, typically required for this position, with relevant work experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Higher Education or VET environment, preferably within academic administration, business intelligence, or planning Demonstrated understanding of TEQSA, ASQA, and ESOS compliance requirements Experience supporting data‑driven decision‑making and business process improvement projects Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills with attention to detail and service quality Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new systems, tools, and processes Experience supporting projects, administration, or process improvement activities Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements Bold, modern and agile, we’re Australia’s fastest‑growing university, going from 164 students in 2014 to 40,000+ alumni across 115+ countries and 2,000+ staff today.
