Production Operators - Batching/Blending & Juicing (Night Shift) Ongoing Casual Work / Opportunities for weekend work Opportunities available to become full time. We are currently recruiting casual Production Operators to join our Batching/Blending and Juicing team on night shift. This role will suit experienced Production Operators who have worked in ingredient batching, blending, mixing, or liquid processing within an FMCG environment. What is on Offer: Potential for progression in a growing manufacturing business Great team support Opportunity to transfer to full-time permanent employment Key Responsibilities: Picking items according to work orders Accurately weighing, measuring, and preparing ingredients Mixing and blending ingredients to specification Manual handling of materials Operating batching and juicing equipment safely and efficiently Accurate documentation and recording Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards Cleaning and washing down process equipment Complying with company quality systems and procedures Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Undertaking all duties in a safe and responsible manner About You: Successful applicants will possess the following: Experience in batching, blending, mixing, or liquid processing Strong accuracy in weighing and measuring ingredients Ability to meet production targets Positive attitude and willingness to learn Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to complete manual handling tasks Your own transport (shift times may fall outside public transport hours) Full Australian working rights We are seeking people with a positive “can-do” attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands‑on manufacturing environment.
