Ongoing Casual Work / Opportunities for weekend work Opportunities available to become full time. We are currently recruiting casual Production Operators for our night shift. The role will suit experienced Machine Operators / Production Workers who have worked with filling, labelling, packing and process machinery in an FMCG environment. We are looking for candidates who would like to make a career for themselves with our company. What is on Offer: Potential for progression in a growing manufacturing business Great team support Opportunity to transfer to full-time permanent employment Key Responsibilities: Efficient operation of filling, labelling, packing and process machinery Ability to setup and adjust machinery and resolve basic mechanical issues Accurate document and QC recording Start up and close down line procedureMaintaining hygiene standards Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices Complying with company quality systems Cleaning and washing down process equipment Undertaking all duties in a safe & responsible manner About You: Experience operating filling, labelling, packaging and process machinery Drive and ability to meet production line targets A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills An understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice Strong communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment Your own transport, as shift times can operate outside of public transportation hours. If this sounds like you, then please apply Starting salary is $30.35 + Super for applicants with minimal experience. Experienced applicants will have the opportunity to earn a higher hourly rate. Night shift attracts an additional 30% loading.
