The Pressure Sewer Connections Officer supports customer sales and enquiries related to Pressure Sewer Connections. These enquiries come via inbound calls, emails, and face‑to‑face interactions. A significant portion of the role involves providing customer service and guidance throughout the connection process - from initial enquiry to final connection - including preparing Notice of Agreements and processing payments. The role also supports sales and marketing activities, which may include outbound calls to potential customers within the network areas. Previous customer service experience (inbound call experience preferred) Understanding or experience in the plumbing or building industry (highly regarded) Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, ICE, and Microsoft Office Suite High attention to detail Strong problem‑solving capability Demonstrated strong work ethic Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Hours are rostered around our core phone hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm. This is a 24‑month maximum term contract. Who are you?
