Wellbeing rooms in Footscray and Sunbury offices. The opportunity Greater Western Water is transforming infrastructure planning into an integrated asset planning approach. This role leads the Sewer Planning section in shaping future sewer services. Responsibilities Lead the Sewer Planning section to deliver integrated, whole‑of‑life planning for GWW’s water services. Ensure long‑term planning decisions align with corporate strategy and regulatory settings. Connect Sewer Planning with other portfolios to enable holistic, regionally relevant solutions. Oversee the development of master plans, asset management plans, and investment programs. Deliver investment decisions considering whole‑of‑life costs (TOTEX) and value for money. Guide prioritisation and trade‑offs between short‑term service needs and long‑term resilience. Maintain a clear pipeline of projects and programs to support delivery through to Infrastructure Project Delivery and Maintenance Engineering. Lead a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the Sewer Planning section. Build strong relationships with leaders across GWW and the water sector. Skills & Experience Deep understanding of asset planning, delivery, and operations. Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead, develop and support multiple teams and leaders. Strategic thinking and converting strategy into plans and programmes. Program and portfolio management experience.
