Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Asset & Performance Lead to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights and driving smarter, more efficient asset management practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimising asset management systems, analysing performance data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that uphold contractual and operational excellence. As the Asset & Performance Lead, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently, assets are effectively managed, and performance targets are consistently met. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in asset or performance management who is ready to step up, take ownership, and make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation, governance, and optimisation of asset management systems and processes. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support evidence-based decision‑making. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure service delivery meets contractual and quality standards. Support compliance with ISO 55000 principles and other relevant asset management frameworks. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within asset and performance management functions. About You Qualification in Asset Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline (desirable). Experience in asset management or performance reporting within road maintenance, infrastructure, or a similar operational environment. Strong analytical and technical capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as GIS, SQL, or other asset management systems. Demonstrated experience developing, tracking, and reporting on KPIs. A proactive, adaptable professional who can work both independently and collaboratively.
