The Role: Emboldened by client wins, this is a growth hire. We're looking for a seasoned quantitative researcher to lead and deliver a variety of ad hoc, bespoke research projects - end to end. Client Engagement - Build deep rapport with clients through your engaging communication style and relentless problem‑solving approach. Quantitative Expertise - Deliver projects like customer segmentations, price strategy, new product development, CX and journey mapping, usage and attitude, brand positioning, campaign strategy and customer value propositions. Analytical Strength - Confident in research design and excited by the challenge of finding patterns in data Strategic Mindset - Translate insight into actionable strategies that tackle real business problems. Brand & Culture - Passionate about helping brands stand for something bigger - values, attitudes and lifestyles that truly connect. Leadership - Potential to line manage a direct report in the Sydney office. Our Ideal Candidate: c.5+ years' experience in quantitative market research Experience within a strategic insights agency is essential Client‑ready with a proven track record of leading accounts confidently Versatile across sectors - FMCG, tech, entertainment, finance, retail Strong technical/statistical skills - Q is key; R is a nice‑to‑have Comfortable owning projects from design through to delivery Deeply passionate about using insight to drive standout outcomes in brand, marketing, innovation and experience strategy.
