IT PMO Manager – Lead IT Portfolio Delivery (ANZ) EVT is a market-leading experience creator with a portfolio of entertainment, hospitality and travel assets. As an IT PMO Manager, you will lead the portfolio delivery and drive continuous improvement across our IT investments. Core Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing for all employees in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, bonuses and deductions. Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, including taxation, superannuation and award rates, and liaise with regulatory bodies. Lead and develop a payroll team, providing training, mentoring and performance feedback. Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes, implement best practices and automation tools, and integrate with HR and Finance systems. Generate payroll reports, manage vendor relationships, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Drive WHS strategy across hotels and resorts, including risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and collaboration with enterprise safety forums. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years' experience in payroll processing and WHS leadership across multi-site or senior operational roles. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and WHS regulations in Australia and New Zealand. Proven ability to embed WHS into business processes and drive continuous improvement. Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
